This international property consultancy require a nearly or recently chartered Building Surveyor to join their Bristol based Building Consultancy team.
They are able to offer an excellent variation of professional and project work and have the set up to provide APC training and support as well as offering some quality clients and projects should you have reached chartered level. The work they do is 99% commercial properties and will include a large number of dilapidations and work as well as condition and measured surveys, planning supervision, planned maintenance and DDA`s.
The position requires applicants to have experience of a commercial building surveying environment and would ideally suit someone who is looking for final year APC training.
As well as training you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package. In addition, there may be opportunities to travel abroad as a number of projects they are working on are in Europe.
